Having trouble accessing my MLB 23 Dashboard here on the website

Yea. I had this problem last year and again this year. Tries a couple of different browsers and still continue to get the error. Don't know what else to do.

It shows me logged in on the marketplace, but the dashboard gives me an error message.

I am getting the same error, all my accounts are linked. I even unlinked my switch account and logged in with this years code and it gave all of my MLB 22 accounts to connect. Sent a message to support they sent me some stuff and it still doesn't work.

interesting. I couldn't get on the site from the "Game" link on TheShow.com homepage but got into everything just fine from the link provided here.

Has anyone found a fix? I can open the marketplace, as myself, nothing else works.

The only place I can get to is the marketplace, and it shows me logged in.
I can not go to the dashboard or anywhere else. -

And ... what error do you get when you try to go to your MLB 23 dashboard or other pages in MLB 23 subdomain?

From my show account, I get an "invalid user token"
When I use the switch account I get a quick page that is now working then "There is an issue connecting your account to the MLB servers, please make sure you have played the game first before trying again." -
I've been having this issue for weeks now. I can access all features of MLB The Show 22 fine, but when it comes to MLBTS 23, I always get the error that everyone here is describing. I've done the same fixes that many others have tried in this past and none of them have worked.

Same here. I have been having this issue for the past few days and it is hard to understand why. I have tried in multiple browsers and yet there is no change.

I can go to my 22 account using my switch account, but still can't get into the 23 account.

me too. Keep creating new id's and now getting confused with how many ids I have. All I want is the ratings updates.

Same here! I just opened a Show account for the 1st time, linked my switch account and I'm getting the same error messages. This is so frustrating. I can't believe some have been having this issue for weeks and months

I have this exact same problem in MLB The Show 24. I use xbox account. But with me something worst happened.
I tried unlinking my account to try to link it again and see if this was the issue, but at the moment I simply unlinked my account, my progress got erased, I simply lost everything, even before trying to link it back again. And I still can't access the dashboard. Keet getting the message "Access is denied due to invalid user token"

go to theshow.com and click on the Game in the top right. After logging in, it should take you there.
If it sends you to 23 - change the 23 in the URL to 24.
