Game crashed, now progress is reset

Game crashed during a negro league mission, then when I rebooted the game I got the eula message, accepted it, then entered the game to find a fresh game save with all completed missions, stubs, etc. gone. I tried deleting my local save, no luck. Tried logging out and relogging in online, no luck, and even online my show account has been reset. Anybody know what is going on or how to fix this?

Have you received a response yet? I’d had an issue where it crashed when I was almost done with a showdown challenge. They haven’t replied to my question about constant crashing that is one their end. I haven’t had any issues with any of my other games.

My game crashed today in the 6th inning of a Franchise game. And I had to start the game over.
