Redeemed multiple affinity vouchers possible bug

Just learned.. so I made the playoffs in TA mini seasons. Went to cash in 3 vouchers I chose the 5 as an option thinking it would give me a credit of 3/5. Turns out they just went into the abyss and lost 12k of Affinity. Made finals and redeemed I redeemed one by one and it worked . I wish SDS would e had a earring screen or clarified it better. Cross posted in DD forum as well
UPDATE: so I noticed 3 “goal” screens at the end of mini season goals with no description they just said “0” I scrolled through them thinking they might be the missing vouchers. But when I bounced out To continue the play offs it reset my season. Could this be a bug? -
