He's still suspended. They will add him back in the first update when the suspension is over.

Also if you plan on finishing collections make sure you get the Padres one done first before Tatis is added to the roster. Not sure what his rating will be but if he is still a 90 overall it can get expensive. Still will be cheaper for sure if you get it done asap.

I don't think he will be too high. He might be a diamond but don't think he will be a high diamond. It might drive down the price on Machado. Unless Machado gets off to a hot start and is on 90+ watch list.
