I still have the issue where the second part of the animation won’t always complete and no matter if I have 100% accuracy and -.— timing, it’ll not pull all the way down and say like 2° right or left and hang pitches.

I'm experiencing the same thing. What's your setup? I'm on the Series X playing with the controller that came with the system wireless.

Don't forget the pitcher's "control" attributes will also affect location.
