Questions about Switch Version

I pre-ordered the $99 version on the switch but none of my preorder packs or anything have appeared? I've gone into the show shop and everything.

Also, the main joycons just flat don't work with the game, will this be fixed? Or is this just how it is on switch? I can only really play with my pro controller.
