Help me understand

Ok so when hitting a baseball if you are trying to hit a HR the plan is to get under the ball to drive it out no? To far under and its a pop up to far on top and its usually a chopper or grounder. So i think a major problem with hitting is that the perfect icons( perfect fly/and perfect grounder) are backwards. I noticed this when i hit a good squared ball with Pete Alsono( hight fast ball just below thw top of the zone) and it resulted in a a screaming 1 chopper for a double play. So my question is shouldn't the perfect flyball be the lowest and perfect grounder be highest? Cuz as a said getting on top results in grounders and getting under results in fly/balls/pop ups/hr. And if yes maybe thats the problem with thw hitting engine. I mean there's no way i should get under a ball perfectly with a power hitter and it result in a grounder. Not complaining just trying to understand how a high squarded up fB end up a chopper straight to the 2B
