Not that it matters; as I keep getting an error trying to connect my Twitch. But how would someone claim drops if they're watching the steam thru their game console?

I watch on my phone and then claim them off my laptop later in the day.

Ok. So you don't have to claim while watching. So technically someone can watch on their console and log in later via their phone to claim them. Sounds about right.
