It looks like for '23, the player attribute ratings capped again at 99. Check out the player rating videos they have released today.

Those were offline ratings. Nothing to do with DD

They only showed 2 cards for DD, the Captain Altuve, a 92 overall and 99 Rickey Henderson SET1-card
To me, that is enough. My prio1-card, the Goat will be a 99 in Set 1 …

Haha! Ok, I guess I should have payed attention a bit more to these videos! I should have figured it out when there are five 99-overalls! But, I'll have it all figured out again before the next couple weeks! I didn't watch the stream, I just saw snippets for some of the teams on Twitter. -

Today did have some cool info with the announcement of EBC uniforms and players (I’m betting there will be a WBC program released at drop). But all the ratings today were for offline.
It would be great though if what you said is the case. I like the idea of calling at 99.

Yup. Forgot that one. I worked this morning from 3am-11, came home and jumped on Twitch, passed tf out after the first 2 packs.
I remember waking up, closing my laptop and crashing for another hour. Oh well.
