Can you facescan baseball cards?

Anyone know? That would be great to re-create players from the past or guys like Bonds and Rose.
Also, that would help for someone in their 50s who use to play baseball when they were in their 20s and want their lean and mean 20s face in the game, not their chubby 50s face.
Is this possible? Asking for a friend.
