Tech test cards arent the rosters, ratings or types of cards legends and flashbacks will have in 23. They are the 22 cards. So he may not be in game in 23.

A lot of the cards have been updated, showing some guys in their 2023 uniforms. And some of the transactions were reflected on the Tech Test rosters.
That being said, I hate the year to year contracts that MLB the Show has to have signed in order to use players. If they have MLB experience and have been in the game before, they should be eligible IMO.
