Fielding shift rule

The new fielding shift rule goes into effect this year. Is it in MLB 23? I have to be honest, I hated the extreme shift in the real sport and in MLB the Show. I am so happy they made this rule

It is in the 23 game. However up the middle depending on the hitter, the 2B or SS are just inside the bag on their side of the diamond so hits up the middle will still be hard to get.
