So, yeah, this is apparently a real thing. Game runs smooth, it’s a close game, then it starts lagging uncontrollably. Basically end up hanging one and getting walked off because I can’t control the sticks anymore. Lovely

I actually just bought a lag switch on amazon last week. I only use it if I’m losing in late innings but it’s really helped so far! Very noticeable and it lags just enough so the game won’t disconnect
