Not sure on the version yet, if there are updates to franchise which I doubt I will probably get the standard version and play at my own pace. If no franchise updates then probably digital deluxe and I will just let my OCD take over -

Absolutely not.
The show is and always will be a complete disappointment.
Cut and paste, garbage as always game play.

I’ll probably continue this tradition every year for the foreseeable future. The only difference is that this year I won’t be taking vacation time the weekend it comes out. I’ve been burned twice by poor servers on opening weekend, so I’ll just keep my days this year

I’ll take a day off for launch, but I’ll likely be sitting outside smoking a cigar and posting here when the severs inevitably fail. Hopefully the weather will be warmer.

I'll be per-ordering the digital deluxe. Good value for stubs and packs. I'll be doing so with cautious optimism as I really don't expect grand improvements to game play.
However, the content and team building is fun to grind for the first few months!

Nope waiting for 70% off then I’ll get it. It’s just a copy and paste with a roster update. Staying away until they do a complete overhaul and go full next Gen. I’ve put in over 2000 hours each of the last 4 years. I’m at home all day.

I'm thinking of taking the year off. The game has become pretty stale in the past few years and they killed the rtts mode. If they do major upgrades to that, I kught buy but not at launch. Too many issues

Nope.
Have to see if any real upgrades have been made in the areas of ps5/xboxX, franchise, and RTTS.
If it's more of the same with a shiny new legend, then I'll pass this year.
SDS is at a point where they should have to earn purchases from those who have been loyal customers. They're closing in on Maddenesque complacency.

I'm waiting also. I'll read the forums and wait for reviews of the gameplay before I decide. Cards are cards, gameplay is totally different.

Wow. And I thought I put in a lot of time on the game. I pulled in just under 1,025 hours last year.

Buying on 2/6? No. I don't see the point when I can wait, watch their streams, get more information and then preorder the day before early access and still get all of the benefits.
Version - Most likely Digital Deluxe.

That’s definitely the way to go. Each year I usually pre order at the last minute for early access

I do not need any more info...I have played this game franchise long enough to have a good idea of what it will be.
