How to Fix Contact Swing

Has anyone else noticed that contact swing sounds different than a normal one?
It sounds like a broken bat.
I hear it in every H2H game I play, and not just in 0-2 counts.
Contact swing used to be the sissy way out-- people who weren't that great would use it all game long, and squeak out some hits.

But it's been broken for years.
Ginormous home runs using it, we all know the drill.

How to eliminate it?

Get rid of the outer PCI.

If the PCI is supposed to be your "eye", or your bat, what the Hades is the phantom cloud that is the outer PCI?

Simply eliminate the outer PCI and make the regular PCI slightly larger with massive power penalties if you use contact swing.

Or is the outer PCI SDS's way of complying with the "everybody wins", "me too", handicap to keep average /below average players competitive?

This is one way to make every level before Championship Series seem less like a sim and more like a skills competition.
