I started the game about 2 months late, but I've completed every single program in that time, minus the extreme. With that. I'm only one collection away from Rollins and 4 from Mantle. However, every single card I need is 200k plus.

I have no idea how I'm going to generate the coin I would need and I'm past the point in the Forever program to where they will give me any more cards I need.

Granted, I have tons of cards in my binder, but nothing work more than 10k really.

I need the Tashaki collection cards, then the older program like All-Star, Rookie, and Second half.

Is there really anything else I can do at this point to get these collections done?

Overall, lesson learned for next season as to starting early and what cards to hold onto.

Do you know how to flip cards and do you have the app?

    My honest advise.

    1. Flip cards while watching football and upu can make a killing. The margins are ridiculous right now. Look at the Finest 22. 20k stub margins so basically you make 15k every card you flip.

    2. Play BR. Are you an online player? You can make about 2 million stubs playing to 100 points and you get lots of the cards you need like Taskashi Walter or Finest Trout.

    3. Play Dvents to 5 wins...that's aboit 500k stubs right there.

Playing BR gets you 3 Takashis and a ton of AS/R/2H.
Playing Ranked will get you 2 more Takashis.
Winning 5 Event games gets you the Rewind with a final Takashi.

I tried playing online, but in trash. I typically lead until the end of the game, my opponent pauses for a few min, then proceeds to hit everything out of the park like they activated a cheat code. It’s frustrating.

For flipping, I can’t say I’ve done it much. Do you use the computer app? I’ve found the binder process to be annoying. There should be a filter to show you all your sellable cards and remove the ones you put in collections.

BR you don't have to win, just grind. Still, the more you play the better you get. I am not good at online but I can play BR to till the end. Don't worry about buying in, you make so much more. I think to get to 100 points I made 1.5 million, got 1 million stubs card in Walter Johnson and collected a bunch of little pieces.

Flipping is much better on the app. It's quicker and you can do it while watching a football game. Does not require much attention once you get the hang of it.

I'll save the getting better advice for those that are good haha.

Here’s the good news: when the Forever Event opens on Jan 6, everyone will be able to earn as many as 25 rewind packs. I can almost guarantee you need 20+ cards from those Event Rewind packs. They are all 200K and above. So you have two avenues — play the Event and get your own 25 packs, and/or wait for everyone else to get their packs and sell off those cards. They won’t drop to QS value or anything like that, but I would bet they will drop 50K or more.

Flipping is the easiest and most lucrative option. Everyone is absolutely flush with stubs right now so people have no problem with the Buy Now price (and, similarly, people don’t mind losing stubs with the Sell Now price). I have made 200K flipping Nolan Ryan about 4-5 times over the last couple days. If you don’t have a big bankroll, I suggest buying a lot of 2022 Finest cards as cheaply as possible and then selling them for as much as you can. You’ll probably get 10K per flip on those. But hurry — in the next week or so, I think a lot of people will start getting to the free Finest packs in the program. That will probably sink the prices and the juicy margins.

What is this event coming? I thought the Forever Program was happening now

The event is separate from the Forever Program. The program will continue, but there will also be a new Event starting Jan 6. Events are kinda sorta like BR — you play online opponents in 3-inning games and you earn rewards along the way. The next event is (I think) going 64 and under pitchers vs any hitters. Unlike BR, you use cards that you have in your own inventory. It’s totally optional and doesn’t really overlap with the Forever Program. Events are quicker than Ranked Seasons and they have a little more lineup flexibility than BR. They can be fun, even though most online play is pretty terrible.

Yeah, flipping is the way to go to earn stubs.

I’ve been flipping Monthly Awards cards for months, while watching sports on TV.

My goal in DD is to finish all collections (not necessarily get every card) and I’m just about there.

Got the stubs by flipping. And grinding offline.

The question is will they still offer two selections per pack? I would think they still offer two selections. Only downside, if you want to call it that, is that's 50 cards. There are 65, I think, now. And that doesn't include the three you earn in the current Event.

They will drop in cost; but not as much as you would hope. Maybe I'm the 75-100K range.

I started flipping some finest cards. Good idea

I played 3 BR games and lost all 3. I always get rocked in the last inning, it makes no sense. Also, it feels like the other team can dot the corners, while my pitchers are all over the place.

BR is the worst. But the good news is that you don’t have to win a single game to advance through the BR program. Be purposeful when drafting your team and rack up PXP to move up.
