I wouldnt say early. You made it to 12/6. Beat me that is for sure. Baseball season ended 2 Months ago and WS a Month ago. You got your moneys worth that is for sure. Hopefully next go round we actually get some changes. Feels like we been playing the same game for years.

Unfortunately that is because you HAVE been playing the same game for years. SDS does extremely little during the "offseason" They only need to input the info for the rookies that were not in the previous years and any of the "oldies players" they haven't used before.
There are still major issues that should, but never will be resolved because they are lazy and greedy.
The arrival of 99 power Ozzie Smith shows they want a return to the cartoonish style of Triple Play Baseball, which was basically a button mash version of baseball, where any player could hit nothing but bombs and every game was 35-15 when you played.
Combine that with their extremely microtransaction driven model it won't improve. Unfortunately they are the only game in town so people who love baseball either get stuck with this mess or play nothing.
For now I am playing basically nothing. Still grinding 20 and 21 because I am a weak hitter and a major glitch won't let me advance on the main player program. I didn't buy 22 and I won't buy the 23 version which will be a new coat of paint and a pricey roster update.

So if you are good enough you'll still win a lot of games?
I say yes, it’s just annoying having to have to overcome all the bs because the gameplay sucks, I believe what happens here is good players get frustrated when they see bad hits vs their good outs.

In most of those games, it was also favoring the opponent as well. It’s just bs you have to play harder and better just to make it even. Most players that I’ve talked to in my messages agree the game is just a wash, and you can say “top players overcome it” or whatever but top players literally do nothing but play this game. I wouldn’t expect them too fail when it’s all they do.
When there are only 2 teams how is it possible that the computer/ai is favoring both teams? That goes against the basic definition of favoring.

less is more my friend - this game went to the dogs a couple years ago and has been minimal upgrades since 2017 - i hear you but calibrate expectations here ya know

Oh, I 100% agree. I uninstalled a few months ago and recently came back with a different mindset, whatever happens it happened just don’t get heated. That’s how I’m treating it now

i never get upset anymore and i play hardly at all - it's a beautiful balance - i am 25-1 in RS and i'll keep hacking away here and there in events

I could understand that if he was squeaking out wins by one or two runs, but look again, in his last 7 wins he outscored his opponents 33-3. In his wins he never gave up more than a single run while averaging over 4 runs per game himself.
If you hate the gameplay then that is fine, hate the gameplay, but stop acting like it is such a struggle to do so when you dominate like that.
Also, if we are honest, there probably are none of us here who have not had their fair share of lucky hits on less than stellar swings.
