Does anyone know how to recover their user name for their show account(not the PlayStation or Xbox )

That support button up top and to the right of this forum would probably help along with selecting the game you are playing (22, 21, or whichever year) and finally selecting "Report an Issue".

Very first option and default option is "Account Issue" which sounds a lot like your issue! Fill out the rest of the form and wait for SDS to respond!
