I just checked mine and it didn't reset so it's definitely something with your account. Hopefully they'll get it fixed for you.

Mine reset to 0 xp. This game needs to be included w/ ps plus extra and premium just like it has been included with Xbox for 2 iterations.

Mine's broke too. I made a thread in the DD section. Everyone is lost as to what's happened.

I filled out a support ticket as well, but unfortunately it's too late to catch up. Whatever they did broke it.

Checked and still have my cards, but lost completed missions, lost XP points, etc., etc...

Now I only have just the remaining hours to complete what I already almost was done with. I literally only needed 25,000 XP to complete this challenge.
