Is there a way to switch A and B on the Switch for navigating?

It gets really confusing switching back and forth between the PS and the Switch because, for navigation purposes, A and B are opposite of the circle and x

I don't believe there's any button remapping in the game. Switch has system level button remapping, but this would change the buttons for all games, and not just for navigation.

I'll have to look into it. This is the only game I play on the Switch, anyway. This would create other problems with batting and base throwing, though, so maybe it's just not worth it.
