Power Swings using Analog????

Does anyone know if it’s possible to power swing when using Zone hitting with Analog(Right) to swing??? or is it automatically just using normal ..I remember it used to be you press down first then up with the right Analog for power or if that’s just for flick and stride option and bears no effect

Press the square button before you swing dude, X for regular hitting, O for contact, and square for power. I've never used power, lengthens your swing too much and you whiff or hit a pop up. I've never used power swing in my Franchise this year.
