Suspended players omitted?

So I was looking forward to making some fantasy rosters that would take advantage of certain players rankings this year and now find myself sad because some of those plans included Fernando Tatis and I see that he is not on the live roster, assuming because of his suspension. Is is there any way to get past this and manage to get him back into the live roster so I can work with all the current rankings? If not then Tatis really ruined my big off-season franchise plans, lol.

You can put in an order for him, but you'd have to wait for someone to sell him to you.
Another option: the Cover version.

I'm confused. I already have Tatis cards. Not sure how this affects rosters in Franchise mode... ?

Does he show in AAA or AA? That happens with the injured players.

Tatis is still on the Default Rosters. You could always create a player using those attributes. I doubt his ranking currently would be much different than that since he didnt play at all this year
