Pitchers batting vs RHP DH lineup

Pitchers are batting in right handed DH lineups. You can't Substitute an outfielder in the place of a pitcher. DH does not work against right handed pitchers but does vs left handed pitchers.
I also saw a left fielder dive for the ball and miss it and not go running after the ball the catcher came all the way out to the outfield to pick up the ball and throw the ball home by that time the batter hit already crossed on plate firm in the park home run

I had a game today where a soft roller up the middle gets past my pitcher (funny how it never rolls by them when I hit it there), and I am "ok, move my second baseman to the ball for an easy out." NOPE! SDS' awesome AI says the center fielder is the best option for that, so when I think I am moving the 2B the CF is now in the next zip code and the other guy has Trea Turner so it's a free inside the park homer.

Anyone know how to make the cpu actually use the lineups I setup?
It just does whatever it wants when simming. Makes zero sense.
Also, can you not set rotation and lineup for AAA and AA now?
