G.O.A.T Program Incoming?

Looking at the "location" tab on MS Ryan card is says G.O.A.T. GOAT Program. Awards Pujols and Takashi Delgado and Prime Banks show it too. I think these cards are going to obtainable as part of this program.
The final reward might be a Finest Trout or in preparation for the a big Trout legend and flashbacks collections. Might be time to sell early on these cards to get max value. Even of the reward is multiple Chase packs the prices will tumble. Looks like this could drop tomorrow. Could we also see a flash sale?

The only reason those cards show in the "Goat program" is because there is a 50 pack bundle(meaning chase packs) in the goat collection

No, because only the cards exclusively in Chase packs would show it, since you get a Chase pack with every 50 pack bundle.

Prospect Julio Rodriguez is the only card that shows it, other than the ones you already mentioned.

Right. I was just making the point that only cards exclusive to Chase packs show the GOAT Program under location.

For me it doesn't say program it says G.O.A.T. collection, which is the one with WS, 12-0, Sig Randy,Polo,Brett,Cutch,Jimmy.
