Really? That's how they fix stuff? Never noticed it until today. Too many speed boosts to get to the gappers. Feels like 19 all over again...

One of my pet peeves. Why do people's speed go up and down? Well, to me it is part of the code to keep the game competitive. A 99 speed outfielder should run 99 at ALL times regardless of score. Same for a 75 speed, 50, etc. Really no different than magically losing control of a pitcher you have been dotting with for 3 innings.
