TRANSFER PS4 TO PS5

Bought the digital $100 version on PS4. Trying to transfer it to PS5 but the game starts like it’s brand new. Tried everything. Transferred all my PS4 data to PS5 and still doesn’t transfer my game.

What exactly are you trying to transfer? You need cloud saves for Franchise/RTTS and DD is transferred automatically. Your settings don't transfer over

My DD hasn’t transferred over. I have to start over on my PS5 but I sent a ticket in to hopefully understand how to transfer. I went into the game, set all my settings up. Went to DD, basic team was all I had. 0 stubs. So I’m just using my ps4 still

As @the_dragon1912 posted, there is nothing to transfer for DD. Everything is stored on the PlayStation servers. All you need to do on your PS5 is to log into the same account you have on your PS4. Everything will be there. You will have to install the game once you're logged in, and you’ll have to redo your settings. Once you get past all those menus, you’ll have the progress you left on your PS4.
The console doesn’t matter. It’s all in the account.

I’ve transferred my account from my PS4 to my PS5. I redownloaded all my games and it still has me starting over for some reason. I’m just waiting for a response from them

Do you mean it has the menus from the beginning or do you mean you’ve gone through those menus and redone your settings and after going into DD you have no progress?
