How often does your manager do this to your pitcher's spot in the rotation?
-
I'm a Yankees 2 way player, currently in the 2031 season. I pitched in the second game of the season, got rocked a little bit, and got taken out in the 5th inning. I was the DH in the next game. RF in the game after that, and then DH again in the next game, and now I'm scheduled to pitch with only 3 days rest, when it should've been my 4th day of rest.

You probably use a different loadout for pitching and position play. Which is what you are supposed to do.
Your spot in the rotation is based on your ovr. When you changed your loadout that would change your ovr to your position player ovr which is going to be lower since you pitcher is considered your primary. If you switched to primary position play, you would only pitch every couple of weeks, but not have to be DH. (usually)

Yes I do, as a batter my ovr is 92, and as a pitcher, I’m 96

That's it. You have Garret Cole or another at a 92-96 ovr, so when you are your position player it sees your pitcher as a 92ovr and changes your spot on the rotation.

So will these switches stop once my two loadout ovr's become equal?

I don't think they will stop until your lower over his higher than your teammates. I believe the lower ovr is based on the primary position minus what the perks do to your over. So 96 minus your 4 perks at an increase of 1 point each equals 92.
