Guess I found that someone
I'm to lazy to do it by one stub, I just click whatever button is easiest, so often it's somewhere between 5 and 10 stubs when I upbid.
Still doesn't answer anything I said
-
Well my second post clearly says I get it
Second maybe four year old tactic was a little strong
Third here's a hundred bucks go get your hug from Phyllis -
Sometimes it helps to just move on and try flipping something else a little bit less active.
-
Does it matter? If you're beat by 1 stub, 100 stubs, or 10,000 stubs...you still have someone ahead of you in line. If you want to leap frog over them, would you rather increase your original bid by 2 stubs, 102 stubs, or 10,002 stubs?
If they only increase the value by one stub at a time, you should be thanking them. It's better for you in the long run.
-
If ten people under cut by 1000 stubs then the card goes down by 10k rather just get under cut by one stub ten times so prices stay high card will sell with in a day

While im sure flipping is cut throat and yes I just recently started playing around with it, what does everyone think about the one stubb up/down on everything you bid on? I mean every time, one nano second I bid, boom...one stubb higher. I find it more amusing than anything just wondering if everyone thinks this is a four year old tactic or something everyone does?
This tactic has been around much longer than 4 years.
-
Just set your price and forget about it.
-
I much rather have people use one stub increments. You get some guys who list 500 to 1000 stubs lower and that triggers a price crash on the card and pretty soon it is down several thousand stubs. I would rather miss out on 1 or 2 stubs vs 3000 stubs.

someone wants the card more than you - why do you care if its 1 stub higher or 5000 stubs higher? don't be an infant yourself with a post like this

Ask any racer. Any real racer. It don't matter if you win by an inch or a mile. Winning's winning.

exactly - OP has his head in the clouds and doesn't understand how markets work
-
I flip to make stubs so I can buy every card in the game without spending my real money. There are no rules other than do not manipulate the market or risk a lengthy ban.
One big piece of advice, if something works for you and you make a ton of stubbs, don't tell anyone how you do it or you risk diluting your profits.

Reminds me of Dwight Shrute
A hug from Phyllis 100 dollars... Dwight " one hundred dollars and one cent!"SDS should change from "stubs" to "Schrute-bucks". Or "Stanley Nickels".

This a baseball game. Not a degenerate gambling game. Remember that. Them stubs ain't real
-
I tell my wife it's practice for the stock market

Everyone does it. It’s the only way to flip. You literally did the same thing to someone else lol capitalism at its finest

that is equivalent to playing poker for "fun" and "no money"
