Disappearing stubs

I’m late to the game. Tried to flip and earn some stubs. Bought a Topps now card and got a disconnect notice when posting the sell order. Now I have no card and no stubs.

Is there an email address that will reimburse?

You can try the support button on the top right of the website, but I would not hold your breath

They were actually surprisingly prompt at giving me the stubs for the sale.

Of all the things they get criticism for, they are always top notch on these issues.the only question is how long it will take.
