Has anyone bought a card off the market and not receive it?

Did you use buy now or did you post a buy order?

Posted buy it completed but won't show in my inventory. It says the order was completed and I have one in my inventory but it won't show physically when I try to complete the set

He's in my inventory now but I can't collect him in the collections.
