I’d say he’s top 3. He hits 101/102 consistently and with his breaking pitches his stuff is nasty. Probably the best change up in the game and maybe ever in real life.

He’s top 2 imo.

Easily in the Top 5. I’ve already paralleled him up just shy of diamond and he’s been lights out. Had Ryan but found for my Style he gave up too many hits. I can control Pedro much easier
