Best Commentary EVER

This is the first game I’ve had commentary turned off. I didn’t realize how distracting it is and also irritating. Less of a letdown flying out at the track when you don’t have commentary building your hopes up while it’s in air.

Big fan of flying out to the OF and next AB they say "he was out on a sacrifice bunt last time up"......

Yeah, it's sad that they can now use "improved commentary" next year as a selling point, when they broke it for this year. I am probably still more upset about all of the names removed from the audio database. There were already a lot of names said 8n game but we couldn't use them on created players, now there is even more of a discrepancy. SDS doesn't seem to care much about roster creators. Poor database and no more year to year saves.

I love the runs it down on the warning track when it is a fly ball to the middle of the outfield. Also up against the wall and makes the catch when they are about 5 feet from it. I enjoy the new commentators as Matty V has been on my list for several years. But it seems like they need one more to make it not so repeatable. I miss Dan's stepped in a big ol pile of sassy.

I turn all that stuff off. The commentary is meh

I just don't get why they allegedly have so much commentary recorded but it's the same stuff all the time. Say what you will about Madden, but the commentary always seemed different from game to game.
I will say that I like how Boog will seemingly give you the result of the play before the ball lands. Like if he says it's foul before it lands, you know the fielder isn't going to make a play on it. Or if he says that's going to get down for a hit (on a ball in the gap) before it actually lands, you know you don't have to worry about getting thrown on a double play by the OF.

I know many of you turn commentary off, but I don't like to.
And this year's commentary is absolutely horrible in every way.
I literally can't believe how poorly coded it is and SDS hasn't even cared to patch it.
It's embarrassing how many mistakes are made each game.
And compared to fixing gameplay, coding the commentary correctly seems like it would be a much simpler task for them to accomplish.
Guess not.

I'm the same way, I hate it and want to turn it off, but I can't seem to bring myself to fo it.

Commentaries have never been their strong suit. Always gets old and repetitive fast.
