Online franchise data not downloading - xbox

I have been saving my franchise to the cloud. I see the file and when I go to upload it says error failed to download/apply data. Anyone have this issue and know how to fix it? Thank you

I've been having a similar issue between PS5 and Switch. When I upload to the cloud via PS5, it is ok. When I try to download on the switch, I get that same error.
On another note, when I try to upload to the cloud via Switch, the save date is always showing the year "1970" for some reason.
