Myself and friends did months long stay tracking and batting averages were between .845 and .865, with hundreds of pp each over that time. That’s more then high enough. There are people that would play each other and have scores in the 100’s combined if they did your patch.

Perfect-perfect Should be a hit 100% off the time. The rest of the inputs should be a drastic drop-off. Maybe SDS could tinker around with hit rate. Maybe something like: Good 30%, just early/late 20%, early/late 15%, very early/late 3% (dinkers&dribblers).
Perfect perfect ahould not be a hit 100 percent of the time. I played at a high level and I cant count how many times I hit it on the screws only to be a 100 EV line drive right at someone. Perfect Perfect flyball with X launch angle should be a bomb well depending on players power

People talking about the perfect/perfect and how it shouldn't be a hit everytime
but can we talk about this guy wants us to get a hit 30% of the time on goods? Yikes, way to low.

I can confirm the good/good swings are actually not as good as the “stats” they give us are. Those stats are only accurate in high altitude stadiums that reward terrible swings. If you play in any other regular stadium your average on good/goods are around .135-170 less than what they say. Which is huge.

You realize the math wouldn't add up then right? The averages would have to be higher then they say in high altitude stadiums if it was lower in regular stadiums, it can't be even and then under, that isn't how math works.
If the average was 400, and let's say it's half and half, the above would be 600 and lower would be 200, making it an even 400.
It couldn't be an average of 400 with above being 400 and below being 200, that doesn't work

More people play in high altitude stadiums than not though. It’s Coors, Laughing Mountain, or some cheesy little league created stadiums with 5000 foot elevation.

My take.
The Show needs to offer zero choices to the users to get the best online experience.
There should be 1 hitting view
1 pitching view
1 set of inputs30 mlb stadiums with the atmosphere/ crowd anamations locked. No one complains about crowd play/ just game play.
Cross play is not good.
Stay same console. Then SDS can address gameplay but my hunch is all this stuff is too much to overcome and then u have the speed of your connection.
The game plays just so much better offline but humans want to play humans not the CPU.
My 2 cents.

Sure, but no matter what percentage it is, the math still doesn't check out on that. Even if it's 75% in high altitude, it couldn't be an average of 400 with above being 400 and below being 200, it's just not mathematically possible.

I've had an exit velocity of 88 leave the park to deep right center. I've also had an exit velocity of 108 with a launch angle of 28 get caught short of the warning track in right field. Hitting seems just fine. Lol

I believe the level you play at should influence hit results. On Rookie, perfect/perfect should be a homer every time. On veteran, it should be a hit every time.
The goal on these results is to encourage me to try higher levels. If I get enough positive feedback, I’ll naturally want to try a more difficult level. If I get tired of scoring so many runs on a level, again, I’ll naturally want to try a higher level of difficulty
In other words, on Rookie, I should get EVERY advantage. On veteran, I should get MOST advantages. As you go up a level, the CPU should get smarter.
Only difference in levels in this game, appears to be pitch speeds. So, why change?
Madden approaches their game this way. One of the few things in their game they do well.
My two cents.
