Why does his live series have a k/9 of 79 and all star card 88? Rodon allstar card has a 95 k/9, yet Burnes has the highest k/9 for qualified starters this year and leads mlb in total strikeouts?

Because they aren't allowing any of them to be 99s so he has to be nerfed somewhere
