Switch Deluxe Question

So today I bought a Switch OLED and snagged the digital deluxe version of the Nintendo store. I already have a series x and did get the digital deluxe for it. I don’t see any of my packs and stuff that should have come with the Nintendo version in my pack store. I’m also not sure the stubs are there either. Any got an idea of what the deal is? Should I put a ticket in?

Unfortunately, you screwed yourself and wasted money. You can't combine deluxe bonuses between Switch and other consoles. It was an issue at launch. If you unlink you will see those bonuses on the Switch version, but you'll never be able to add them to the account you already started on Xbox when linked.

**If I purchase on multiple platforms and my accounts are linked, will I get the bonus items from each purchase?
It varies by the platform and the edition you purchase. Linking accounts between Xbox and PlayStation will allow you to receive the bonuses from purchase of MLB The Show 22 on those platforms, regardless of which edition of the game you purchased.

Players who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition or the digital version of the Standard Edition of MLB The Show 22 for Nintendo Switch will not be able to share bonus items across platforms, even with linked accounts. Because of this, it is recommended you make the PlayStation or Xbox versions of the game your primary linked platform, especially if you have bonuses on those systems, you wish you access through cross-progression.
