Just did the Chris Sale 12K one. 🤯
I did it, because pitching is a strength, but dayam!
I kept repeating '12 Strikeouts? Are they out of their minds?' -

Sale took me 5 innings to complete. Struck out 7 in a row at one point and almost had a immaculate inning. I however did give up a run early on, a double by Wander Franco that drove in the Rays leadoff batter who also doubled. -
People act like they HAVE to beat it the first time. I did have to re-do some moments. Sale took me two times (first time got 11K in 9). A couple of hours and I was done No complaints

But I love sleepwalking through my 2 hits 1xbh moment every day. Remember multi game moments?
Yes, I hope they never bring those back
They had a Charlie Blackmon multi game moment. I probably could have passed it, but skipped it. They had the decency to let us do some cheap exchanges to skip it though

Ahhh, multi-game Moments.
Memories of scrambling to dashboard to keep the dream alive, so to speak! -
I can almost flip while working and buy the lighting card just as fast and save myself the hassle and just do the program for fun at my own pace.

Yuck. I had put those out of my mind.

None of them are necessarily difficult. Pitching one’s are annoying because there’s usually no margin for error. So if its 6ks and no hits and you get to 5ks and give up the hit, how much time did you just waste? Batting if you fail it doesn’t feel as annoying to breeze thru four abs in a couple of minutes.

95 percent of the moments are on rookie or veteran…come on man. Some def take longer than others but completing a moment is one of the easiest things to do in this game
Not for me. My biggest complaints are the 7 game challenges, which turn into a total time sink. I also hate when I have a challenge and some speedy runner is on first and the challenge moves from player x hitting challenge to Trea Turner stolen base challenge.
Note I am playing the 2021 and 2020 versions. I have no idea what 22 is like.

When you need 1 more hit in the 9th inning and the pitcher throws to 1st base 5 times then he finally pitches to you only to hit you. Mission failed.
Or you get the one at bat to hit a home run and:
First pitch ball
Second pitch ball
Third pitch ball
Fourth pitch ballChallenge failed.

Always swing at the 4th ball in those moments, what's the worst that could happen you pop up and end the moment anyway. At least if you swing and miss you get another chance for a strike.

I read this thread, and others and wondered what the complaints were all about with the moments. Then I went and did them. I still don't know what all the complaining is about because those moments were a walk in the park. I get that the coding is a little dodgy at times but come on. Free cards for next to no work. Keep them coming, please.

Here’s my take on moments. I don’t expect to get them the first time. I do, however, expect to be rewarded successfully for perfect swings, swinging at strikes after working the count, and, in general, using good batting techniques. If I swing at stuff out of strike zone or too early or too late, of course I’m not gonna get it
That does not always happen in moments. Lots and lots and lots of shenanigans that go on. Should never have to repeat a rookie/veteran moment 10-15 times to get it. Never.
