For the nth time, fix the 2B to home baserunning bug going on for years

If you select the runner and have him go from 1-2, 1-3, 1-H, 2-3, 3-H, there's never a problem.
If you want him to go 2nd to home on a base hit, he stops at 3rd, and THEN will try to go home. I'm so enraged every time it happens I haven't thought to keep a log, but seems to happen more on hits up the middle; the runner goes to 3rd automatically without problem or delay, but the command to send him home never registers.
Happened in the 9th last night in a 2-2 game, ended up going 22 innings.
Online, offline, DD, franchise, doesn't matter.

Do you use L1 to run bases or select runner and use buttons? I can't say I've noticed this personally. Possible I'm just nit paying attention close enough though

I use LS to select the runner and the face button corresponding to the base. In this scenario, LS towards North West or so and then X. I see the runner icon light up as if I have control, but nada.
It's the only combo that glitches; thought it could be the controller since X is the most used, but I have no other problem with X in this or other games, and all 3 controllers I use(d) have this.

Yeah I use the same and haven't noticed it. I'll keep a closer eye out for it because its possible its been happening all along

I had that happen to me. I asked runner to go home rounding 3rd. It said home on the player. Then the AI stopped him and he went back to 3rd. He was 85 speed. Wth. I ended up losing. in extra innings.
