Market purchase error?

I placed a buy order for Semien for 51,505 stubs and got him at 9:45 am PDT. However, despite showing in the completed transaction log, the game still showed I owned 0 and my 50k stubs were still gone. Obviously I didn’t make a sell order, quick sell him, or exchange him (otherwise I wouldn’t be making this post). The Card never appeared in my inventory. I also bought the Finest Brian Wilson card but that went through fine. Has this happened to anyone else and/or is there a way to trigger the purchase?

You have to submit a ticket.

Something like that happened to me last year and I just closed the game and went back in a couple times
