Has anyone ever lost all their progress before on a program, nearly finished with future program and all of a sudden all my xp, yet everything is complete on it, now when I earn xp it’s giving me the packs all over again but you can’t sell or do anything with them, really frustrating considering the amount of time put into it, should have +800k xp but have 52k instead

Hasn't happened to me. Have you been using glitches to gain exp? If so maybe that's why. If not maybe report it to SDS as a bug.

Nope, never figured anything out yet, but I didn’t use any glitches, honestly didn’t even know there was any to use.. I had completed every mission they had so I was just doing March to October to finish the program and I had just finished the season and got 21,000 xp so I went to open the pack I should have gotten, which was the last big dog pack in the program, but it wasn’t there, but there was packs I already earned from the beginning, so I went to the program and instead of having 826,000 xp it said I had 21, 000...and if I go to like the exchange or collection goals it says they aren’t complete until I click on it and it then says you’ve already completed this, sorry that doesn’t make sense, hard to explain

It was the 2nd to last big dog pack ( set 2 )

Exact same thing happened to me after I got that pack. I emailed support yesterday and waiting for them to hopefully reply soon.

Let me know as soon as you hear anything, I sent a bug/glitch notice, hopefully they can do something but I’m sure if they even can it won’t be before the program ends, put a lot of time into it just for this to happen, I never buy stubs I earn everything by playing

Yes same thing happened to me too. Looks like hundreds of people have reported it so far based on the complaints here, in twitch streams, on discord, and on Twitter. You’re pretty much screwed. I reported it as well and got the typical “no response...everything’s fine here” from SDS on a game breaking bug. LITERALLY what’s the point of playing if you can’t even track XP correctly!?
