What is the trick to cheating in events

Not sure if it was like this in previous years because I didnt pay attention but it seems like for every event someone hits the number of wins for the top card within the first half hour of the event starting. Every win is a 0-0 quit so clearly they are cheating but I cant figure out how or why? It seems so blatant that SDS has to notice and ban them but are they able to also do this on BR? Really hope SDS is at least paying attention to this and banning people.

They only ban people that post images of their own tweets.
