Does anyone know if it's possible to transfer an MLB The Show Account from one xbox account to another?

So basically I have a team that I've worked really hard on on a certain xbox account. I need to change xbox accounts so I really need to be able to move my Show account to the new xbox account. I tried linking my old xbox account to this account, but I received an error message when trying to link this account to the new xbox account
