Why can’t I sell April Award Ty France?

I just opened one of my 90 overall packs from the April POTM grind and selected Ty France as I already had Taylor and Wright. I go to sell him and it said card is non-sellable and can’t be listed on the marketplace.

There are tons of these cards listed on the MP and no I do not have the card in any of my lineups. Thanks, any help is much appreciated

Why would you want to? It's Ty France.

Did you earn the pack before or after earning Rizzo?

All the POTM packs you earn AFTER Rizzo are no sell.
