Twitch drops

Anybody else not receive twitch packs? It says on twitch account that i have 5 claimed and never actually got them. What to do? Who to talk to? Need help please!!!

If you go to twitch you can claim the packs and they usually show up in your pack inventory on the game. FYI nothing but silvers this year.

Maybe they expired ? If not put a ticket in with SDS.

Same thing happened to me the week before last and then all of a sudden 6 days later they showed up. No idea why as they normally before that showed up almost immediately after I claimed them.

I haven't received ANY Twitch packs since the first stream and I've claimed them EVERY stream and unlinked/linked my acct multiple times.
At this point; it's not even worth complaining.

Same exact situation here. I've claimed them on twitch right after the streams every single time and never received any of them. I haven't had this issue in previous games.

If you can claim on twitch and never actually get them then chances are it is your SDS profile that has become disconnected. I had the same issue earlier in the year and when I clicked on My Account in the upper right of this site and looked at my profile it did not show that I was connected. Ihad to jump through some hoops and actually create a show nation login instead of relying 100% on my PS login. Once I did that I started getting drops.
Of course not a single twitch pack that I have earned has really warranted the effort I put in to fix it.
