Asus monitor ELMB sync

Hi guys. Does anyone know if turning on elmb sync and VRR on the monitor itself is better for the game? Not really sure about those two

I don’t have the vrr option on my asus monitor but just having elmb set on normal is a huge difference. I filmed regular vs elmb on slow motion and you can easily see the ball

When you say normal, there’s different levels of elmb on ur monitor?

Yeah I have the asus TUF VG27VH1B
The ELMB options for mine are: off,normal,turbo.

I just keep it on normal because turbo darkens the screen really bad and doesn’t improve the blur much
