Can only have 2 of 5 tools?

Why can I only have two of five tools using archetypes? My hitter is hitting really well but his fielding, speed and arm ratings max out at 50 unless it’s part of the archetype? That’s really dumb. Bring back the training points system that let us design our player the way we want

This is why I left and went and created a player in franchise and just player lock as him

I knew about creating one in franchise, but I didn't know you could lock to one. That's a very good substitute.
