Can't link Twitch account

I've been trying to link my Twitch account to be able to watch the dev streams and get the pack rewards. But on my account dashboard the Twitch icon says "not connected" and there are no links I am able to click to connect. Opened a ticket and the only suggestion I got was to use a different browser, which absolutely did not work.
On my Twitch drops settings, it says I have been connected to MLB The Show for the past 3 years. Anyone know of any fixes? Or am I stuck without Twitch drops forever?

Disconnect and then reconnect. Twitch was hacked last year and after they fixed everything we were asked to disconnect and then reconnect. I’m not saying that that’s the problem, but it worked for me last year.

Had this problem as well and for the longest time couldn't figure it out. All you need to do is logout of your account and there should be 4 options. Click The Show icon, log in through there, and there should be an option to link your twitch acc. You will not be able to link your twitch if you're logged in via ps/xbox/switch.
