why would i get this message when trying to access the market?

Here you go I'm having the same issue, waiting on response from SDS. No worries though, I think many of us are getting the same thing.

Website and app went down yesterday. Not sure for everyone or a big chunk, but everyone I knew it wouldn't work. I haven't checked app, but same from site I got yesterday. Clearly some issues.

Has anyone submitted a ticket and gotten this error resolved? I am still having this issue and haven't heard anything back from SDS on my ticket. I'm seeing a lot of people posting about this error but no one saying it's been fixed for them so possibly could be a long wait if they have to go through and literally give each person their induvial access back

The last time I put a ticket in, it took 3 days to get back to me, so I wouldn't expect anything back today

Same here. I put in a ticket as well. Not sure about an ETA. I use the online marketplace for all of my duplicate selling. It's just easier for me. If they have to patch it or anything, I hope it fixes the "Click on the boats", " Click on the sidewalk",, "Click on the traffic lights" that pop up waaaay too often. I'd be down for a 2-factor authentication method if it meant these popups would just go away.

Seems to be working for me now. Anyone else? I put a ticket in this morning. No email response from them but I am able to access everything on the website right now

What do you pick .. account issue?
I chose the 'Other/General Account Issue" and reported it that way.

having this issues too - support told me the same thing twice - that i made marketplace purchases in an "automated and unnatural way" - waiting on a response to restore access

this is the reponse they gave me as well with no explanation of what that means. strange

10 days still no access, no explanation, no updated response from SDS - that doesn't seem great, right?

I'm guessing you used an automated system to generate stubs. Hope this helps.

i bought individual player cards to fill live series teams with a browser and a mouse - nothing automated - not trying to play the market to get stubs - just buying player cards by hand and i had to do their robot check like normal a number of times - never had this issue before -
anyone ever had their access restored after getting this initial response from SDS?

It's been like this for weeks for me as well, my suggestion is move on from the website and use the app if you can. The app works better anyway and it's much faster then the website

The app is great - except i dont know a way to sort my inventory in an easy way or see the players owned on certain teams like you can on the website - just sad this can happen when using the site with no concrete info on what rule was broken or how a rule was broken and that you're just done - no recourse to fix the situation....
