ranked games freezing

this is the 5th time in 24hrs that the game decides to just freeze after an out and/or foul ball. it’s so [censored] annoying, this used to happen back in 2016 too, why isn’t there a way to fix this as it happens in every other iteration of this game.

Haven’t had any issue with freezing in online rated the last month or two.
