Moments for Divisional Challenges Missing?

Under Quick Play — Moments, there used to be a bunch of divisional challenges (ALC, NLC, etc). About a week ago, after the last game update, these suddenly disappeared.

Is this a bug?

Really? Why? I had only completed a few.

It didn't have an expiration date, like Daily Moments, that I remember seeing.

They were specific to the Face if the franchise program, which did have an expiration date.
